TP Vision appoints FondiVersal Technology as strategic distribution partner of Philips TV in Africa

Singapore, 11 April 2016: Philips TV has added a new distribution partner, FondiVersal Technology Co., Ltd, to handle its sales and distribution throughout Africa. The distribution deal was completed through Philips’ Singapore affiliate, TP Vision Singapore Pte Ltd, and took effect on 1 Jan 2016.

FondiVersal will provide sales and distribution support to TP Vision, and expand the reach of the Philips TV brand throughout Africa and Iran through its broad network of resellers. TP Vision expands its distribution rights of Philips TVs through the partnership with FondiVersal.

TP Vision is also the brand licensee for Philips TV in Europe, Russia, Middle East, Brazil, Argentina, Uruguay, Paraguay and Asia. TP Vision will continue to develop, manufacture and market Philips-branded TV sets in Africa.
